Pilates will improve your flexibility, increase your range of movement, tone your body, make you more aware of your body’s potential and help you live a better life.
Work one-on-one with your own individual Pilates instructor. Your instructor will work together with you to meet your personal movement goals including weight loss, muscle tone, strength training, improved flexibility, or pain management.
We know that no two bodies are the same. We also know that you experience the greatest health benefits when you learn how your own body should move safely through personal instruction with a highly skilled instructor.
Private Pilates Sessions are available in 55 minute and 30 minute formats.
