Class Descriptions

Fletcher Pilates Mat (limited to 10 people): Traditional Pilates mat workout incorporating the Fletcherwork percussive breath, cues, and at times, Fletcher Towel and Magic Circle for arm and back work. Great full body workout with special attention to the abs!

Fletcher Pilates Combo Class (limited to 4): This small group class will give you a well rounded Pilates experience! You will experience the Reformer, Wunda Chair, Ped-i-pul, Spine Corrector, Fletcher Towel, Mat, Barre, and Magic Circle. With a commitment to the work, you will get the benefits from the entire syllabus and really make those changes! As we believe it's most beneficial to vary your workouts, rather than breaking it down to just one element, in each class, we will use at least two forms of the work. Come on in and give it a whirl! If you are a newbie, we welcome you with open arms but know that at least one private session is suggested!

Pilates Slow Stretch: A slower-paced movement and stretch class where we will go through the fundamentals of the work to lengthen your muscles, increase flexibility and bring more awareness to your body.  Great for those over 45 and those who need a good slowing down!

Pilates Stretch and Tone: This class too will offer lots of stretching. And along with utilizing fun props such as the foam roller, Fletcher Towels and stretchy bands, you will go through some of the Fletcher Floor and matwork. Get your body moving!

Yogaflow: Creative postural sequences that focus on alignment and connect the breath with movement to strengthen the mind, body and soul.
